We are looking for an experienced, passionate Senior Barber to join the Game On team. You will deliver precision cuts, beard sculpting, and full grooming services to a loyal and growing clientele in an upscale, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver precision haircuts, fades, tapers, and beard sculpting to a high standard
Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and recommend looks
Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming station at all times
Build and retain a loyal client base through outstanding service
Contribute positively to team culture and the overall lounge atmosphere
Stay current with barbering trends, techniques, and premium products

Requirements

Valid Ontario Hairstylist or Barbering licence (or equivalent)
3+ years of professional barbering experience
Proficiency in fades, tapers, scissor cuts, and beard work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Punctual, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Portfolio of work (Instagram or equivalent) is an asset

Junior Barber / Apprentice

Game On Hair Lounge is offering a hands-on opportunity for an ambitious junior barber or barbering graduate to grow their craft alongside our senior team. This is a mentorship-driven role for someone eager to learn and build their career in a premium environment.

Responsibilities

Assist senior barbers and learn precision techniques on the job
Perform basic haircuts, clean-ups, and beard trims under supervision
Keep the lounge tidy and ensure a great experience for every client
Shadow and learn from experienced barbers during busy periods
Engage professionally and warmly with clients at all times
Work toward building your own client base over time

Requirements

Completed or currently enrolled in a recognised barbering or hairstyling programme
Passion for the craft and eagerness to learn
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work weekends and some evenings
Good communication skills and a client-first mindset
